Account Deletion

Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Option 1: Delete Account In-App

If you have the app installed, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the C5Z app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll down to Account section
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:

In your email, please include:

  • The email address associated with your C5Z account
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account information (email, name, profile)
  • All training session data (heart rate, power, cadence, etc.)
  • Connected device information
  • Subscription information
  • App settings and preferences
  • All personal data stored on our servers
Warning: This action cannot be undone!

Account deletion is permanent. All your training data and history will be lost. Please consider exporting your data before deletion if you want to keep a backup.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed as follows:

  • In-app deletion: Immediate (within minutes)
  • Email request: Within 30 days (typically within 7 days)

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
